We provide project management services to ensure that engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. We have experience managing projects of various types and complexities including major turnarounds, new installation and breakdowns.

The key to a successful turnaround is in the detailed planning.  Turnarounds are designed to ensure operational integrity of the plant for the duration of the next campaign.  We work in close cooperation with customers to provide detailed planning of these events ensuring the best possible quality outcomes.

We offer technical supervision on a wide range of rotating equipment. applying world best practice and ensuring the implementation of quality solutions to OEM standards.  We work with resources from the customer and contractors alike.

We develop and implement quality control processes and documentation specifically tailored to meet the individual requirements of our customers and their equipment.  Documentation includes Work Procedures, Inspection & Test Plans, Inspection Record sheets and reporting protocols.

Unfortunately, unexpected failures and sudden breakdowns happen. We are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year to assist, with very short mobilisation time, even on complex machines.

Rotating equipment specialists and highly and formally educated engineers, and corporate knowledge formalisation, let us effectively investigate problems and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) so that issues, when faced, do not reoccur.

We are able to provide a wide range of field service solutions from minor inspections through to planning and execution of major turnarounds.  We work together with our customers to deliver the optimum quality service.

We can in partnership with affiliated Independent Service Providers offer comprehensive workshop support for all your rotating equipment needs.  Services include inspection repair, refurbishment, overhaul, dynamic balancing and compressor valve refurbishment services. Workshops can be  located in both the eastern and wester states

We provide training and education services to help clients improve the skills and knowledge of their engineering and mechanical trades team. Our training programmes are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and cover a wide range of rotating equipment topics.
